Bu politika, TayZeka mobil uygulamasını (“Uygulama”) kullandığınızda kişisel verilerinizin nasıl işlendiğini açıklar. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu politikayı kabul etmiş sayılırsınız; kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen Uygulamayı kullanmayın.

1. Toplanan Veriler

Uygulamanın işlevine bağlı olarak aşağıdakiler işlenebilir:

Hesap ve kimlik bilgileri: Apple veya Google ile giriş yaptığınızda sağlayıcının ilettiği tanımlayıcılar; e-posta adresi ve görünen ad (sağlayıcıya göre değişebilir).
Abonelik bilgileri: Satın alma ve abonelik durumu; ödeme doğrudan Apple üzerinden yapılır, ödeme kartı bilgileriniz bize iletilmez. Abonelik doğrulaması için RevenueCat gibi hizmet sağlayıcıları kullanılabilir.
Profil ve uygulama içi veriler: Firebase Firestore veya kullanılan backend üzerinde hesabınıza bağlı tercihler, abonelik/rol bilgileri ve uygulama ayarları.
Cihaz ve kullanım verileri: Hata ayıklama, güvenlik ve hizmet iyileştirme amaçlı teknik veriler (ör. cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi sürümü, çökme raporları). Firebase Crashlytics veya benzeri hizmetler kullanılabilir.
Yarış ve at bilgileri: Genel yarış programı, sonuç ve istatistik verileri kişisel veri niteliğinde değildir; yalnızca uygulama hizmetinin sunulması amacıyla işlenir.

2. İşleme Amaçları

Kişisel verileriniz aşağıdaki amaçlarla işlenebilir:

Hesap oluşturma ve oturum açma işlemlerinin sağlanması
Ücretli özelliklerin sunulması ve abonelik yönetimi
Kullanıcı destek taleplerinin yanıtlanması
Güvenlik, dolandırıcılığın önlenmesi ve yasal yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi
Hizmet geliştirme ve performans analizi (mümkün olduğunda anonim veya toplu veri kullanılarak)

3. Hukuki Sebep (KVKK)

6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (“KVKK”) kapsamında kişisel verileriniz;

Bir sözleşmenin kurulması veya ifası,
Veri sorumlusunun meşru menfaati,
Açık rızanızın bulunması (varsa),
Hukuki yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi

hukuki sebeplerine dayanılarak işlenebilir.

4. Aktarım ve Üçüncü Taraf Hizmetler

Verileriniz, hizmetin sağlanabilmesi amacıyla yurt içinde ve/veya yurt dışında bulunan aşağıdaki hizmet sağlayıcılara aktarılabilir:

Apple (App Store, Apple ile Giriş, abonelik işlemleri)
Google (Google ile Giriş, Firebase Auth, Firestore, Analytics, Crashlytics vb.)
RevenueCat (abonelik doğrulama ve yönetimi)

Bu hizmet sağlayıcıların kendi gizlilik politikaları ayrıca geçerlidir.

5. Saklama Süresi

Kişisel verileriniz, işleme amacı için gerekli süre boyunca ve ilgili mevzuatta öngörülen saklama süreleri dikkate alınarak muhafaza edilir. Süre sonunda veriler silinir, yok edilir veya anonim hale getirilir.

6. Haklarınız (KVKK md. 11)

KVKK kapsamında aşağıdaki haklara sahipsiniz:

Kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme
İşlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme
İşlenme amacını ve amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme
Verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme
Eksik veya yanlış işlenmiş verilerin düzeltilmesini isteme
Kanuni şartlar kapsamında silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme
Yapılan işlemlerin üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme
Münhasıran otomatik sistemlerle analiz edilmesine itiraz etme
Kanuna aykırı işleme nedeniyle zarara uğramanız halinde tazminat talep etme

7. Çocuklar

Uygulama 13 yaş altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir. Bilerek çocuklardan kişisel veri toplamıyoruz.

8. Değişiklikler

Bu politika zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Önemli değişiklikler olması halinde uygulama veya web sitesi üzerinden bilgilendirme yapılabilir. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yayımlanır.

This Privacy Policy explains how your personal data is processed when you use the TayZeka mobile application (“Application”). By using the Application, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.

1. Data We Collect

Depending on the functionality of the Application, the following data may be processed:

Account and identity information: Identifiers provided by Apple or Google when you sign in; your email address and display name (depending on the provider).
Subscription information: Purchase and subscription status. Payments are processed directly by Apple, and your payment card details are not shared with us. Services such as RevenueCat may be used for subscription verification and management.
Profile and in-app data: Preferences, subscription/role information, and application settings associated with your account stored on Firebase Firestore or other backend services.
Device and usage data: Technical information used for debugging, security, and service improvement purposes (e.g., device model, operating system version, crash reports). Firebase Crashlytics or similar services may be used.
Race and horse information: Public race schedules, results, and statistical information are not considered personal data and are processed solely for providing the service.

2. Purposes of Processing

Your personal data may be processed for the following purposes:

Creating and managing user accounts and sign-in processes
Providing paid features and managing subscriptions
Responding to customer support requests
Ensuring security, preventing fraud, and complying with legal obligations
Improving the Application and analyzing performance (preferably using anonymized or aggregated data)

3. Legal Basis (KVKK)

Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), your personal data may be processed based on:

The establishment or performance of a contract
Legitimate interests of the data controller
Your explicit consent (where applicable)
Compliance with legal obligations

4. Data Transfers and Third Parties

Your data may be transferred to domestic and/or international service providers as necessary for providing the Application, including:

Apple (App Store, Sign in with Apple, subscription services)
Google (Sign in with Google, Firebase Auth, Firestore, Analytics, Crashlytics, etc.)
RevenueCat (subscription verification and management)

These providers may also process your data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

5. Data Retention

Your personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and in accordance with applicable legal retention periods. Afterward, the data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

6. Your Rights (Article 11 of KVKK)

Under KVKK, you have the right to:

Learn whether your personal data is processed
Request information regarding such processing
Learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used appropriately
Know the third parties to whom data is transferred
Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
Request deletion or destruction of data under legal conditions
Request notification of such actions to third parties
Object to decisions made solely by automated systems
Request compensation if you suffer damages due to unlawful processing

The Application is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
